I had an appointment with Dr. Michaelos last summer. I was in an empty waiting room forthirty minutes and during that time I visited the restroom. There was no paper or blower to dry my hands so I asked the front desk several times to remedy the situation. They seemed annoyed and totally ignored my requests. Shortly, a young woman led me to the back office and showed me the REAL WAITING ROOM where fifteen to twenty people waited to see the doctor. He is the rudest and unprofessional Dr. my friend with Glaucoma has ever seen. Regardless if he is an excellent surgeon, he needs to treat his patients with respect.
