I needed a hysterectomy after failed treatments to get rid of uterine and ovarian cancer. Another doctor was to do my surgery with Dr. Lo Vecchio overseeing it. When they opened me up and saw I had stage 4 tumors in me, Dr. Lo Vecchio took control and took over my surgery. He got everything out and saved my life. His bedside manner is top notch. He's calming yet funny, kind and very informative. He is a highly skilled professional and I am forever thankful for him.
Dr Lovecchio saved my life. I had an Ovarian Mass (size of a cantalope) on my right ovary. Strangely I had no pain or symptoms. My Internist felt it during a regular checkup and sent me to him. He removed it and thank God it was not cancerous. Laproscopic Surgery went perfectly and I am forever grateful to him and his team...
It was a number of years ago but the memory still angers me to this day....My wife was referred to Dr. lovecchio by her Gyn following a bad Pap Smear.......Following testing Dr. love chio determined my wife had Cervical cancer..Sadly, he decided not to schedule a meeting Instead, he called her at her job in Darien, Conn to tell her she had cancer.She called me hysterical before driving an hour to get home..He scheduled a Hysterectomy As it was stage 1..It was Not and she died 6 mos later
