Completely uninterested in trying to find the problem at all. Walked into the room with this exact mindset too. Felt more like an interrogation than trying to form a patient doctor relationship. Very rude/arrogant, and immediately refers me elsewhere. Which is odd because the surgeon (Ira), which I seen weeks beforehand, had told me he figured out the issue and that John would help me out. The overall experience was excellent! Dr Frodel was professional yet to the point on what my issues were and how to take care of them. No frills No Fillers just matter of fact. Old School Professional.
This doctor is very kind and takes time to listen to you. He also has a great sense of humor, which is a plus.
Dr. Frodel was wonderful. After sustaining a facial trauma, he helped me understand my options and recovery. He was easy to understand, professional and very kind.
