Excellent dentist Dr. Duren is and excellent dentist and does beautiful work, but we were not very happy with his staff's billing practices. They did not want to submit pretreatment plans to our insurance until we insisted, then they were not happy about it. Our daughter had some work done there and was told that the insurance would not cover any of the work, so it was all paid up front. When they finally submitted it, of course, most of it was paid.
