We had a very disappointing experience with this company. We paid a $10,000 deposit to start building a garage. After receiving our deposit, the company significantly increased the price of the project to an amount we could no longer afford. We tried to discuss the situation in person at their office, hoping to find a solution, but instead we were treated disrespectfully. John Krause Consgt did a quick emergency repair of my chimney. We needed to have it ASAP for our insurance company. They did the work very quickly and did a superior job. Everything was cleaned up everyday, workers were extremely polite. We are very pleased with the service, price and workmanship. WE have already recommended them to a neighbor for some work they need to have done.
The team at John Krause are great! They always responded to my calls in a timely manner and did a great job on my project.
My work was the removal of a 2 x 4 ft. drop celling tiles and 3 florescent lights in a bedroom and then the installation of new frame work for 2x2 veiling tiles and 3 LED lights. The installer was very professional, conducted the work with superior craftsmanship and ensure I was happy with his work and performance. I would highly recommend John Krause Construction for your work and will consider them for my future projects.
I enjoyed working with the staff at John Krause Construction. The entire staff was very professional and very friendly. The staff walked me through everything from the beginning to the end of the project. Special shout out to Joe, my project manager.
