The owner of John Kosky Contracting, John Kosky, has consistently through this venture, as well as his personal and property ventures, degraded the land he owns (site on scene at Kosky Construction) and sometimes doesn't own, through neglect and past dumping, which has led to environmental damage and complaints from community members.
