John is cool, professional and personable. His rates are reasonable and I loved that he was flexible with his showing time. The location is large and clean. He offers refrigerators for food and beverage storage as well as the option to pay a cleaning fee. I'll definitely use his location again.
This is one of the worst event centers I have ever stepped my foot in. No air conditioning, and it's summertime. There's one big fan that can't even cool the space. The floors were sticky as if they hadn't been cleaned for ages. The bathroom was disgusting. I would have given 0 star if it was an option.
This venue truly needs an upgrade. No shade, but it could be and should be better considering the location. One bathroom in the whole place... yes, one! Lol... Again no shade but at an event I recently was a part of, if most of the complaints we received were about the venue itself, I mean, you have to give the venue management/ owner the honest feedback.
