The ladies at the check in and the MA/nurse were great. I was less than impressed with the Dr. Did not feel we were a good match.
Scheduling was easy. The staff were courteous and professional. This was my first visit with Dr. Konen and he was great. He listened, he explained things in plain language, and he patiently answered my questions. He examined me, and made recommendations for my care. Couldn't ask for more!
Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Konen is very interested in your issues, he listens and asks you if you have any questions and listens. He's ver down to earth. I would absolutely recommend him.
Dr Konan is a good listener and gentle practitioner. He is professional and thorough. He is a valuable member of my medical team.
