Mr. Klopp was very rude. It is not right to treat customers with piss-poor service. I would not recommend doing any type of business with him as an insurance agent!!!!
We have been insured with John Klopp State Farm since 2008 and always received stellar customer service. With my two most recent auto claims, I received prompt return emails even after normal business hours, clear direction on how to proceed, and timely follow-ups to make sure everything was going well. John is a real advocate for his clients and we can trust he has our family's best interests at heart. I would highly recommend him to others and should have written a review before now!
