Got a quote, arranged for work to be done, then crickets. Called multiple times and left messages (they never answer the phone), was reassured they would do the work when I did finally get through to someone, then never heard back again. Four weeks after they were supposed to complete the work and no calls returned, I've given up. They might do great work, but unreliable and unresponsive is not a good combo.
Matthew and his team did an incredible job in transforming what was an unusable and very challenging space into a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind garden oasis. We couldn’t be happier. Connie & Steve
John Klauder Landscape & Design is a first-class operation. Matthew created a beautiful plan for our home and the install team was detailed, hardworking, and efficient. This was a top-shelf, professional experience from start to finish.
Excellent customer service and top notch workers! They lead you through the design process whether you have an idea or are going in blind. They take into account our family needs and wants. They go above and beyond. We get compliment after compliment on our landscaping. We are repeat customers and plan to continue to be in the future. I wouldn’t trust my landscaping needs to anyone else!
We were extremely pleased with the new patio Matthew and his team designed for us. We have also used them for new landscaping and most recently spring cleanup.
