I started with (Pam Orso) this office when I got my first car (the early 80s). They have always been courteous, professional and timely. Ive been hit 3 times, each time my claim was processed quickly. Recently, my car broke down. I was reimbursed for the towing fee the same day. Some years ago I had a crack in my windshield. They sent someone out to repair it that same day. I left Statefarm briefly for a family discount w/another company. Im back w/SF. I will never leave again.
I had the single worst experience with customer service I have ever had with this office. They automatically drafted incorrect amounts out of my account three times of the six months I was with them. I ended up having to go through the corporate office to get all my money back. I switched to Farmers and saved 150 dollars and have never been happier. If you choose to go with State Farm (I wouldnt) DO NOT use this office. If you do you will be sorry, I know I was.
