Sell better quality furniture. After two years, our couch is already frayed. We also had a problem with an area rug they sold us but they essentially blew off our complaints.

@JohnKirkFurn Horrible experience at John Kirk. Spent $10,000 for sectional which was defective. They never call us back. They want to rebuild part of it. BUYER BEWARE
I highly recommend John Kirk Furniture! I received great service and they rose above the call of duty when I had to have a table for a party I was hosting! They also have a very large selection of beautiful furniture and accessories. Shop local when you can!
