I expected the installation of the new thermostat to be straightforward, and it mostly was, though this visit took longer than previous ones I've had for similar tasks. The technician was thorough, explained the updated settings clearly, and ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving. 👍
Given a previous disappointing experience with another contractor, I was skeptical but pleased when the technician identified a faulty capacitor within 30 minutes and had my A/C running smoothly again. Though it wasn't the cheapest repair, I appreciated their straightforward approach and efficiency.
Our system needed attention before the weather got worse, and the technician was very helpful. He inspected everything carefully and explained the next steps.
Their thoroughness far exceeded the last HVAC service I used, as they took about an hour to clean and inspect every component of my A/C system. The technician also pointed out a minor issue with the fan belt that, if left unattended, might have led to bigger repairs down the line.
Efficient vent cleaning, very satisfied.
