Buyer Beware! This business uses deceptive advertising to lure people into their showroom. Their favorite method is to use Craigslist to list a year make and model and state lowest OTD price, then they list a price that they have no intention of honoring. They have an "F" rating from the BBB due to their fraudulent practices. They slam their competitors, talk bad about customers that are unhappy with them and do not seem to care about or understand the concept of customer service.

Recently bought a tire and had it installed,service department was knowledgeable and they had me up and running the same day,will definately be back when I need service work done

Two Thumbs Down!!! – What a bunch of clowns. It starts at the top with John Kiley and goes all the way to the bottom. Nobody there cares (or knows anything) about costumer service. The sales staff doesn’t know their product and is more interested in talking to each other about their weekend than doing their job. Listen to Curtis (the sales manager) for a few minutes and it becomes clear he doesn’t have a clue. I don’t know what they were thinking when they hired that clown. Not so Awesome – The so called sales manager is a clown. He's a SELF proclaimed "Busa Expert" that truth be know doesn't know his head from a hole in the ground. I was in Kiley's one day and "overheard" Curtis bragging about "never checking the valve clearance on any of his Busas." He clearly doesn't know how to properly maintain a motorcycle. Further indication of his so call expertise is the statement "you shouldn't shift a Busa into 6-gear unless you're going over 150 mph. Please...this is an expert??? I'd say he's just a... read more

Kiley's SUCKS – I recently went shopping for a new bike and I found Kiley's sales staff unhelpful and not very knowledgeable. The salesmen would rather stand around talking to their friends than help customers. The other reason I didn't buy from them is there prices suck and they refuse to deal (when you finally get someone to talk to you). I went to a different dealership and got a great deal. Cycle World Is Awesome – I also just bought a 2011 Suzuki Hyabusa From John KIleys Cycle World. I had a great experience ! I also shopped around and bought my busa at the BEST PRICE AVAILABLE. The sales guys were awesome, I met and talked at length to Curtis, he is very knowledge about busa's and was more than willing to share his knowledge with me. I recently purchased a new 2011 Busa. I didn't buy it at Kiley's because the sales people wouldn't even return my call much less deal. Any dealership that starts their pricing above MSRP for end of year models is not going to give you a good deal. I saved thousands by going out of state.
