I'm impressed with Dr. Kilde and his staff. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Dr. Kilde is kind, compassionate, informative, and took care of my ears with gentle, expert care.
Absolute horrible customer phone service. Terrible attitudes. Very cold. Interrupting. Was transferred and put on hold three separate times before I could even book an appointment. Couldn’t even get past the attitude to book and answer basic questions. Wouldn’t waste my time.
It was very friendly and relaxing the nurse kim was very friendly the doctorkilde was very nice and the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful
