They never answer my question
It took me over a month to get an appointment, and the staff were super nice when I first got to the office. The visit with the Dr was fine, she said she would order IV iron (I needed authorization). I call back 2 weeks later, only to be told (by Victor) there was no order for IV iron. I assured him that I watched her/Dr showed me on her computer submitting the order. Great compassionate staff! Knowledgeable and caring!
I was recently referred to Dr Paul LaPorte @ Glendale Institute of Oncology, basically a chemo mill . Dr. LaPorte was condescending and criticized me when I tried to ask questions about my treatment and tests. He has the bedside manner of a veteran Factory worker.
