We left this real estate agent for poor management of our 2 properties in 2024. I have just found out that they also cancelled our detector inspector policy as at the same time!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Well..finally have got rid of this agent and transfered to a new rental agent. Was so tired of trying to contact the office, rang 10 times until i finally got through last time i tried, left numerous messages with staff for owner Simone to call, but she hardly ever returned them, the staff member even gave me her mobile to ring and said that she probaly wont answer - which she never did! sent emails, especially the last one, she never replied to.
