I've not been very pleased with the service thus far, especially 2 yrs+ into my divorce case, and now NO ONE will retirn my calls! Don't hire for Divorce,, or anything else...now phone memory full, can't even leave message!
I just got a letter he's suspended..after doing research he's been under investigation since 2/2018 for not escrowing clients money..all the money I gave him to represent me and its gone
The process of litigation is much, much slower than you realize. When this happens John and his paralegal Gloria get the blame. What I came to realize was this is not a product of deliberate or willful deceit, it is a failure of the system, not the participants. As the saying goes, don't hate the player hate the game. For anyone looking for a lawyer please stay away from John Kerr attorney of law in camp hill they do nothing but lie to you and take your money. The same forms they filled out for me for $800 were given to me for free by the state.....zero help at all especially from the secretary Gloria who will lie to your face and tell you she will call your back and never does weeks later you call back and then doesn't have time for you when your a paying client worst experience ever not worth your time or money to call them you will get... read more
To keep it short and simple, John is a great lawyer and passionate about what he does. He represented me on two separate occasions and never left me unsatisfied. I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a GREAT lawyer with reasonable prices.
