A friendly agent who helped every step of the way! . Lilli was so warm and welcoming from our very first inspection, until the very end! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had. Very disappointing experience dealing with this agency. I would give zero stars for their unprofessionalism. I received written confirmation that my offer on a property had been accepted and was advised that the contract would be sent the following day. Based on this confirmation, I began arranging finance and taking the necessary steps to meet the agreed settlement timeframe.
