Overall great experience with Karla! I’ve been trying to find a hair dresser for a little while that really understood what I wanted, and I for sure found somebody! Highly Recommend!!

Don't bother trying to do walk-ins or anything. They don't greet anyone as they walk in unless they know you. I have been going here for almost a year, getting laser hair removal treatments. I always walked in, sat down and Jenn would come get me when she was ready for me. Today I showed up at 11:50 for my noon appointment. The place was busy, with lots of customers coming and going. Asked for a balayage and ended up with mostly brassy blonde hair, not at all similar to the photo I used for reference. Purchased purple shampoo and ended up having an allergic reaction to it after, I called the salon to ask if they could do anything about it. The worker said they would phone the company and get back to me about a refund but I never received a call back. Paid over $300 and ended up redying my hair back to my original colour a week later.
