Dropped my car off over a month ago, They are one of Allstates approved shops..... Called multiple times to get an update, Never got a call back. Never o century did I get a call about what was found. I asked if they fixed the mechanical issue, they said no issue was found that they drive it and ran codes. There was a code 82 in my car when I started it as I picked it up from them. Not all the damage was fixed, they took no responsibility for any if the mistakes or bad customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I brought my car in for an estimate over two weeks ago, and heard nothing. I called 3 times with no response back and/or update as to when the parts would be in.
Did a terrible job on my 2017 F150 work truck that was hit in the front right fender. They Broke the electrical connection for the power washing fluid bottle when removing it and never said anything, I found out when it took it to another dealer when it stopped working. they stripped out the antenna and Installed my company vinyl decal incorrectly and now needs to be redone.
