I never got a call from a lawyer, maybe twice, and it was usually a clerk. Anita seldom returned my calls or anyone else at the Clear Lake office. No one explained the fees, as the months continued. This was for an accident my wife sued for. She passed away during the time the case was continuing and had made several trips requested by Zaid law firm: Therapy, MRIs, Xrays.....etc. The fees deducted from the settlement should haven been paid by the defendant, but were taken out from the amount I recieved, which should have be... read more

Pretty good experience overall. Rebecca was the absolute most helpful through my entire case and she worked very well with me and responded to emails and calls with a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be giving her a call if I ever have any future problems!
