Very professional yet personable. The staff was wonderful and sympathetic. They made us feel very comfortable. They even told us once my mother received the life insurance papers from my father's employer, to bring it in and they would help her fill it out, which we did a few weeks later, they also gave my mom some veterans info that had they not given us, we would have had no idea that my mom was entitled to receive any benefits.
Was treated with the utmost respect by the very caring staff at Solosy Funeral Home. Very professional, made feel like family. They took the time to explain everything, in detail, so I did not have to worry about anything. Planning a funeral for someone is the most difficult task anyone has to ever do and they made it so much easier to cope with. I am forever greatful to the Directors and Staff at the Solosy Funeral Home. They are wonderful caring folks. I was devastated when my wife passed away and could not keep my head straight. The staff assured me that all would be taken care of and that I would not have to worry about anything but caring for myself. They made that promise to me and they kept that promise. Five Stars from me!
