I found Dr Platz to be a very caring and attentive surgeon. I trusted him and if it wasn’t for him, I don’t know where I would be today. I would recommend him.
The doctor has fantastic bedside manners and is very compassionate and caring towards his patient. Unfortunately, his staff, specifically Donna is very rude and disorganized. Useless trying to call and make an appointment, has very poor listening skills and does not call back. Wastes your time and says she’ll call back with an appt time but then says you can’t see the doctor. Never got a call back or was informed of her own set of office rules. Dear Dr. Platz, I am so thankful that when I returned to the emergency room for the swelling of the left leg open wound post surgery, you made the right call and have me stayed instead of sending me home.
