John Joseph did an excellent job with Construction and installation of the pool and hot tub. The attached picture is the end result and everything came out great. John Joseph works with you to create your custom design pool, and I was very happy with the pricing for the pool and spa. While, there are many different people that work on the pool project from start to finish, you can always call the office and they will work with you if there are any issues or if you need something explained to you. I cannot express enough how impressed, satisfied, and happy I am throughout my entire Process with John Joseph Pools. I am a real customer, not a paid actor. I really like how the owner himself comes to your house, and in detail explains what would work best in your yard, and could answer every question. John Joseph should be ashamed of themselves. After having a $40,000 pool put in less than 3 years ago our pump went and not knowing that it was completely hooked up to Wi-Fi with no bypass we now have to spend another $4,000 to get a new pump so our pool will work. We called to schedule an appointment so they could come but nobody called back.
