I cannot express enough how impressed, satisfied, and happy I am throughout my entire Process with John Joseph Pools. I am a real customer, not a paid actor. I really like how the owner himself comes to your house, and in detail explains what would work best in your yard, and could answer every question. John Joseph should be ashamed of themselves. After having a $40,000 pool put in less than 3 years ago our pump went and not knowing that it was completely hooked up to Wi-Fi with no bypass we now have to spend another $4,000 to get a new pump so our pool will work. We called to schedule an appointment so they could come but nobody called back. JJ POOLS have the best of it all in one shop!!! Our patio was a tough one and came out better than we could have ever expected. The team is incredibly helpful, from designing of our patio to light night Scaping and masonry we highly recommend them. Office and crew are diligent with any needs we had, plus anytime we need accessories, chemicals or devices for our pool they always have what we need. Check out their office/showroom, great way to get an idea and feel for colors and textures.
