I didn't visit this location but I did call them and the customer service over the phone was very polite and very helpful. I would definitely go here the next time I need a piercing or a tattoo. I also would definitely recommend this place to people . The girl that answered , helped me figure out what the piercing was called, that I was looking for and she answered all of my questions. Although, they didnt offer those type of piercings, she helped me find another place that did.

Went in for a check up on a piercing I didn’t get there. Completely free and the gentleman that checked it out was very informative and polite.

Cherry did an industrial piercing for me. Super knowledgeable and friendly and reasonable pricing. Very thorough aftercare instructions which was greatly appreciated

I’m a first time customer and i got my third piercing on my ear lobes by John. He was very informative about the process and super sanitary. He did a great job and i would definitely come back again! 😄

Such a great place, hands down one of the best! Went in to get my rook earring replaced and they were so helpful and informative and kind. They even explained ideas for the future piercings I want. Not trying to upsell or grab you with anything, they just genuinely want their guests to be happy. This is my new go-to place!
