Assistant checking me in did my blood pressure incorrectly. When I brought it up her answer was. “Honestly I didn’t hear it so just went with a number”. Knowing all aspects of the heart is important and must be accurate. For a medical staff member telling me something like that is scary. How many others has she done this to. I’m undecided on the provider, not sure I trust the process or ability, knowing what I do. I should have never went there and found another provider. I do not recommend going here.
