I just recently switched back to State Farm and Charise was amazing. She has gone out of her way to take care of all the details in a very timely manner. In a world where customer service is almost non existent, Charise has exceeded my expectations and then some. I highly recommend this office to anyone and their insurance needs. Thank you Charise!!!
