When I first found out, I had to have surgery like anyone I was nervous, but the moment I sat down in the doctors office with Dr. Jeffries all of that went away the reassurance the care the knowledge just overall compassion this man has for his patience. it's phenomenal. And that my follow up appointment he was very thorough with explaining once again now that I had a clear mind the anesthesia is gone. I'm out of the hospital and I'm moving. Visiting Dr. Jeffries's office is a joy. He and his entire staff are pleasant, professional, yet personable. I was actually called back before my appointment time. There was literally no wait time between when the assistant left the room and he came in! He performed a sigmoidectomy on me. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure and when I went back, he explained what he actually did and showed me photos. I highly recommend Dr Jeffries.
Dr and staff is amazing but the scheduling is terrible made a appointment online through the app even took snap shots of the confirmation the went all the way up to the appointment to be told I don’t have one even though I showed my pic of the confirmation I was told it happens a lot when you do it online it doesn’t make the appointment! Then how about you take it off till it’s fixed
