Mike is the true definition of incredible customer service. He could've easily charged me extra to fix multiple things in my engine, but proactively said let's fix just one thing (sorry not a car guy so I ant even tell you the details) so you don't have to pay an arm and a leg. Really took the time to explain any questions I had, and went out of his way proactively to make sure I don't overspend. I will only be taking my car here from now on! Best auto repair in all of Scottsdale!
I am taking my SUV with nearly 200k miles on it out of town and my AC was not working as good as it can. John Jay looked over my SUV and helped my AC quickly and fairly. I am grateful.
WOW! First time customer and all I can say is WOW! I took my Ford f 150 in for a front brake check and to review the calipers and rotors as they had made a weird noise that went away. As this was confusing to me, I wanted to get it checked out prior to another long trip in the Ford. John Jay inspected the front end, checked the brakes, drive shafts, (it is a 4x4) and called me to say it was ready for pick-up. We have taken our car there for maintenance for 13 years or so. They provide honest high quality service. We have had no breakdowns in >120 k miles driven.
The mechanics are amazing and Mike is always super! Never ripped me off and always honest.
