i initially found this shop just by looking at google reviews. i thought all 5 star reviews for an auto repair shop is unheard of, but this is the most HONEST and reasonably priced auto repair shop in scottsdale. mike and the rest of the team always tell you what you need and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. as a woman, i especially appreciate that they don't try to take advantage of me and even have feminine hygiene products in their bathrooms! unheard of! i have even stopped by when i have heard a noise on my... read more

What more can I say. 10 out of 10. I have been doing business with John Jay Automotive for the better part of a decade, and every single interaction has been noteworthy. Quality, value, customer service, and communication are all 10 out of 10. Mike is my go-to, please ask for him, he's absolutely amazing!

AS HONEST as they come. MIKE and the crew are exceptional. The customer service is outstanding. MIKE and the other gentleman are delightful, professional, efficient and incredibly honest. They’ve never told me I need service and parts, that I truly don’t need. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 70 I highly recommend! Thanks guys! Randee P.
