I was planning on taking my vehicle in for other issues prior to moving out of state and the Universe decided to inhibit my procrastination. I had researched mechanics and when my vehicle broke down, I called John Jay Automotive. Mike is amazing. Mike is the true definition of incredible customer service. He could've easily charged me extra to fix multiple things in my engine, but proactively said let's fix just one thing (sorry not a car guy so I ant even tell you the details) so you don't have to pay an arm and a leg. Really took the time to explain any questions I had, and went out of his way proactively to make sure I don't overspend. I will only be taking my car here from now on! Best auto repair in all of Scottsdale!
I am taking my SUV with nearly 200k miles on it out of town and my AC was not working as good as it can. John Jay looked over my SUV and helped my AC quickly and fairly. I am grateful.
