I took back (because they said they were going to pay back someone I know but NEVER DID) my review but I’m putting it back up and LEAVING IT HERE… THIS COMPANY HAS NOT PAID SOMEONE I KNOW FOR THEIR WORK!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM AND WILL DO ANY AND EVERYTHING TO NOT PAY YOU BACK!!! AVOID ~ staying anonymous so they can’t say they haven’t done work with them but I can provide receipts if it is needed will be letting them know lawyers will have to get involved. Very very unethical for a company like this !!!
John and his crew did great work on my kitchen and very quickly. They were great at explaining. Things to a first timer and very reasonable pricing. I'd recommend John to anyone.
John James Properties fully renovated my home from top to bottom and added an additional 1000 square foot rooftop addition with a balcony deck and 2 side deck. What I found exceptional was the company's ability to handle additional requests and stay on time and within budget. The workmanship was exceptional along with the customer service. I highly recommend this company for your next project.
