John Jacobs did a full demo in and he only started it. He did not finish the demo. And took off he would not answer his phone. He took the container for demolition. and brought it to another job and he would not answer his calls. And we get a letter in the mail stating that he put a lean on my home. $21.000 plus I would not recommend this guy.Because can not be trusted All these reviews that are on here must be paid for or family.I wouldn't even give him a zero star for the little time that he was there. My Mom had her bathroom remodeled. Every person that came to the house and worked on the bathroom was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The bathroom turned out beautiful. I highly recommend John Jacobs Construction.
So happy with how our renovation of our bathroom and flooring throughout our condo. Connie and Brandy in the office along with others were always there for questions. Everyone who did the physical work were professional and had pride in their work (sorry can’t give names but we were away for a lot of the time and didn’t meet everyone, don’t want to take a chance of leaving anyone out ) Highly recommend, we will surely use them again.
