I was referred to this doctor by another doctor due to issues with my esophagus and a previous surgery. I was told that Dr. Jacobs was really good but after trying to get an appointment I must say that I’ve never been treated so rudely by a staff. They have been gatekeepers and after explaining the situation to the head gatekeeper nurse she rudely suggested that I find someone else. For those who can give this doctor and staff a good review, I hope that you were treated much better than I have been. Very disappointed
I did colonoscopy with Dr. Jacobs twice, I am very happy with him. He is very professional, skillful and care about me. I strongly recommend him to other patients.
Dr. Jacobs is great at what he is does. He really does care about his patients and gave me the answers I needed. Nothing compared to my former G/I doctor; he was clear and kind. His staff is also on top of things and easy to get a hold of.

Great doctor! I was a patient of Dr. Richter and was not a fan of him I like Dr. Jacobs so much more!!
