This is absolutely the best Gastrointestinal doctor in Florida. It is hard to get an appointment but that should tell you how good he is. If your current Gastroenterologist can’t figure out problems Dr. Jacobs will figure out your problems. I have been going to Dr. Jacobs for over 10years. I was referred to this doctor by another doctor due to issues with my esophagus and a previous surgery. I was told that Dr. Jacobs was really good but after trying to get an appointment I must say that I’ve never been treated so rudely by a staff. They have been gatekeepers and after explaining the situation to the head gatekeeper nurse she rudely suggested that I find someone else. For those who can give this doctor and staff a good review, I hope that you were treated much better than I have been. Very disappointed
I did colonoscopy with Dr. Jacobs twice, I am very happy with him. He is very professional, skillful and care about me. I strongly recommend him to other patients.
Dr. Jacobs is great at what he is does. He really does care about his patients and gave me the answers I needed. Nothing compared to my former G/I doctor; he was clear and kind. His staff is also on top of things and easy to get a hold of.
