Dr. Jacobi III is an amazing doctor! He treated my elderly mother fabulously. He explained the extremely complicated steps, clearly. Being in the ER is never fun. However, Dr. Jacobi III made it tolerable. Thank you, Dr. Jacobi!!! You rock!!!

I could not believe how rude and dismissive John was. My whole appointment seemed like a tremendous inconvenience to him. He refused to fill out my return to work paperwork (a plan that I had with the Doctor from the previous appt). When I insisted (I have a family to provide for after all) He only filled out part of the form. I went back into the office, and asked the clerk to please let John know.
