John Jackson is a very angry, emotional and unprofessional agent. I dealt with his staff for years without issue, but when I rented my home out and obtained a landlord policy for my home, he wrote the policy incorrectly which resulted in termination. I called another State Farm agent and got coverage immediately, then called his office to find out what had happened.
