John Jackson had by business for years, but when I needed him to step up he did the bare minimum and said there was nothing further he could do to advocate for me. He once called my number incorrectly trying to call another customer back, and I took the opportunity to fill him in on the updates of how badly my claim experience was going since he was supposed to follow up at some point. John Jackson is a very angry, emotional and unprofessional agent. I dealt with his staff for years without issue, but when I rented my home out and obtained a landlord policy for my home, he wrote the policy incorrectly which resulted in termination. I called another State Farm agent and got coverage immediately, then called his office to find out what had happened.
