Very rude. Must be paid salary and have no boss. If she was a waitress- she would be fired before her first shift ended. There are so many friendly agents out there. You don’t need to do business with people who hate their jobs.
You may pay a little extra to have the services of an actual agent. In this case I think it's well worth it to support a locally owned and operated business that makes you feel like family.
I was trying to get a HOI quote from them, but the person who answered the phone was the rudest. She wouldn’t let me finish what I had to say and would talk over me. We didn’t even have time to go over the quote. I told her I was sorry and that this was not going to work. She said “ok bye”
