Cheryl was incredibly helpful and thorough and got us significant savings on our car insurance. She made the whole process very easy. Prior to speaking with Cheryl it was hard for me to get a response from our regular broker at John J Walsh, after leaving multiple messages over a number of days. This was frustrating but Cheryl’s service made up for it.
I have been a customer of John Walsh Insurance since I first got my drivers license at the age of 16 (about 20 years ago). Unfortunately, I have recently had to switch agencies as I no longer feel like a priority as a customer at John Walsh Insurance. It takes it takes multiple phone calls and emails to try to get a response from an agent to finally receive outreach over a month later. Came in from the cold as a stranger w. a complicated situation, & they took absolute care of me & restored my faith in human nature in the process. Donna out front has an easy graciousness about her that made me feel all bad things could be righted, & then Adam Walsh in back proceeded to execute just that - while treating me as kindly as Donna had, & neither had even met me before.
