I placed a call to John Unmacht and he never called me back. This was 5 days ago. I could NEVER recommend him to anyone just because of this. Who is too busy to call a new client? It's just rude and so unprofessional. I couldnt give zero stars or I would have. I should have gone with my gut and chosen a female counselor.
