Exceptional Md. Care is first above all else! Highly skilled, incredibly proficient. I give his clinics and Dr John Solomon my highest recommendation!! Oh ya, incredibly fast service on the day I went. Was in, sutured and out in a blink.
If this were a review of Dr. Solomon the physician, it would be a 5 star review. He is awesome and as good as it gets for a GP! This review is about his office staff... Painful is an understatement. Over the 2+ decades his office stave never got better than average at best. The wait times used to be horrendous but have since improved as of 2022-2023 and now they at least respond to your messages whereas in the past it would take 2-3 calls to get a response. Dr. Solomon: 5/5 stars Staff: 1/5 stars Dr Solomon is a great Dr. who takes hos time with patients to explain/answer questions & has a very friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, his Staff are extremely dis-organized & over-book patients, often every 15 minutes! I’ve consistently had to wait over 1-2 hours for my last several visits.The Office is often unresponsive or doesn’t pick up the phone. Considering switching providers due to the inconvenience:
Solomon who Iv seen since I was a small child, used to really enjoy him an his staff. Staff isn’t helpful, never answer phones or return messages. Used to be a great office, not so much anymore.
