Encountered Dr. John Meyers posing as an ECU Emergency Room doctor, when he was actually trained and works regularly as a Family Practice doctor. He is not trained in ER at all. Also, the ECU (Eastern Carolina University) Emergency Room in Tarboro is actually an Urgent Care facility. It does not have the capabilities of supporting and addressing higher level injuries.
