Never had a long wait. I always felt like I could discuss any health problem with him. He is personable, kind and cares. He will be retiring on Dec. 31, 2019 and I could (and probably will) cry. I will never have a good doctor as great as Dr. McKinney.
Dr McKenney has been my doctor for 20 years and to me,he and his staff are the finest. I would recommend them very highly to any one.
I was Dr. Furr's patient for years with no problem. She moved and I deceided to stay at the Thomasville Office. What a mistake. Have been trying to get a prescription fill since before Christmas. I have made numerous calls and they say they sent it in but my insurance company says that they cancelled it. Talked with nurse and she promised to send it in but no results. bad choice for a doctor office! Canceled appoint after jumping thru hoops to be there on time. I will never go there again and will advise anybody & everybody not to use this so called business! Appointment was for momma and these office people were REALLY in the wrong type office!!! DID NOT HAVE HALF AN OUNCE OF UNDERSTANDING!!!!! They were ONLY concerned about being THREE WHOLE MINUTES LATE! Hope they all have days and weeks and... maby even decades of the bad day I had (and they contributed to) that day!
