Attorney Lombardi is the most compassionate, knowledgeable, well spoken, advocate for his clients that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Terrible experience with Attorney John Lombardi. I tried multiple times to set an appointment—calls were never returned, and when I was told I’d get a call back, it never happened. I was constantly blown off. When I finally called to express my frustration, I was met with a rude and arrogant attitude, like he’s somehow above everyone else. No apology, no accountability—just talked down to me. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere
A couple of years, ago I had a car accident/ insurance issue. Mr. Lombardi, came to my rescue. He was kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental. He listened to what the problem was. He worked diligently to help me. Without his help, I wouldn't know what to do. He really is a life saver. Thank you, Mr. Lombardi for helping my daughter and I out of the kindness of your heart. We appreciate you.
