Franklin delivered two of my children, one in 2004 and one in 2007. I requested several times that my first child get a referral to Monroe Myers because I suspected my child had a possible case of autism. Franklin continued to brush it off and dismiss it. Eventually I went to see his P.A Melissa (God Bless her soul). She (Melissa) had a visit with my child and I and gave us a referral right away. My oldest child is autistic, amongst other things.
