Finally in 2025 I received the following response from Agent Elizabeth (2025) "I don't have to call you back as I am NOT!! YOUR AGENT. So stop leaving ne your voicemails!!". After Elibeth's CURT TONE I TOOK MY PAYING BUSINESS, ELSWHERE In early 2026! GOOD RIDDANCE

It is nearly impossible to get ahold of them. Multiple voice-mail messages over many weeks as well as emails, and all unanswered. This is just a simple insurance renewal. I would love the opportunity to write them a check.
I've called left a message i need to talk to someone about my comercial liability insurance, and have gotten zero response.
Insurance with a human touch. After working with the large insurance companies.... I will never go back. The customer care is second to none. Knowing that when I call anyone I reach can help me. No endless automated phone loop. I almost forgot the best part. I save so much money with this company!!!!
