The contractor does not pay to sub-contractors and in my case neither architects nor engineers invoices unless they receive and process drawings for permit. This contractor is a thief with license.

This man is a thief, beware of doing any business with him. Check every single cent, ask around the Hobe Sound community and you will learn his true reputation. Please be aware of this snake.
