We had an excellent experience with Dr. Collins. He was fantastic with my son—warm, patient, and immediately put him at ease. He took the time to do a very thorough examination and explained everything clearly in a way we could understand. We never felt rushed, and he made sure all of our questions were answered. It’s reassuring to have a doctor who is both knowledgeable and compassionate. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Collins was my son's neurosurgeon while at VCU, Richmond, VA. My son was one of the first two VCU children on which Dr. Collins used holographic imaging to outline the brain for surgery. Dr. Collins is an amazingly brilliant, caring and compassionate doctor. We could not have asked for a better neurosurgeon. Thank you, Dr. Collins, for taking such great care of my Zachary!
Dr. Collins is an excellent neurosurgeon—patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining everything in a way that’s easy to understand. However, the office staff leaves much to be desired. Their focus seems to be more on payments than patient care, and they fail to inform patients about insurance issues until after they’ve already arrived, which is both frustrating and unprofessional.
