Dr. John Coen is an excellent physician. He tells you right up front that he does 25% and client does 75% of the work. Because you must work to get your knee back to shape. He will answer every question one may have. He has a great bed side manner and I really liked his openness. I will go back to him if I need my other knee replaced!
On recommendations from a former patient, I scheduled a consultation appointment w/ ROC & Dr. Coen. He confirmed my suspensions that it was to repair my lt knee w/ x--rays & manipulations (felt the tenderness)! He not only explained what's to be done, but because I had traveled 4hrs for my appt, the surgery could be done closer to my home! Much mahalos for your time!
Dr Clem has was professional and also was humane. These traits are unusual in today’s medical world. I appreciated him very much.
I am so pleased with ROC. Dr. Coen & the staff are attentive, extremely knowledgeable, & good listeners. I had a TKR in April 2026, no regrets! Looking forward to getting the other knee done. Thank you, Dr. Coen & ROC! You guys ROCK!
