Don't understand these reviews. He is a very good doctor
It's more than a shame when a Dr can't take the time to tend to his patient. No care, no communication, no effort here. I've heard from others as well of a bad experience with Dr. Bruno but thought to give the office a try. This morning I Arrived 20 minutes late due to construction on i 84. Dr Bruno wouldn’t see me according to staff. He’s already billed my insurance over $2000 for tests Which I have yet to talk to him about. Not even has he called me to discuss results. I’m not sure about some of these other reviews. Doesn’t sound like the doctor I know. I was first referred to Dr Bruno because a colon surgery I was going to have also required the services of a urologist during the procedure. He took his time and explained to me what his role in the surgery would be and asked if I had any questions for him. Not having any about the surgery, I actually switched the conversation to a different topic asking him about an experience I had with a Yale urologist and he was more than happy to hear ... read more
I ve seen him a few times and he is as good as any other doctor I've seen. He listens then was able to help me and I continue to return. I think some folks expect to do no lifting and just be given a pill to fix what ails them.Its not that simple.
If I could rate a zero I would!! Just came out of my sons appointment with this doctor and he was so rude and disrespectful. He made both me and my son so uncomfortable. This has to be the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life!!
