Two years after receiving inadequate care from this "doctor" we are unable to get any information regarding my husband's surgery. We called multiple times for MONTHS, only to be jerked around. ALVAREZ refuses to speak to us regarding a BOTCHED surgery. Do NOT go here. You will receive INADEQUATE care from a doctor AND TEAM that does not care for its patients. PLEASE go anywhere else but here
Dr. Alvarez and his staff have been completely useless criminally negligent and detrimental to my recovery after my surgery. I need the info about the clamps used in my surgery in order to get an MRI on my spine after a severe car crash. I have tried to obtain the info about what material he used to clamp my esophagus shut for 2 FULL MONTHS now. His staff has jerked me around not telling me the correct info, insisting that the doctor was busy or out of office and would have to call me back. But he never had even tried to cal... read more
Awesome visit. Met w Dr Alvarez. Nothing major reviewed but we still reviewed past tests. Updated ht and wt and medications currently taking. Awesome experience! See you in a year.
