John Ian completed a 555 square foot patio cover with fans and lights for me. They were prompt, professional and competed the project rapidly and accurately. John Valadez was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a patio cover install.

We had a great experience working with John Ian Patio Covers. Not only was the pricing very fair but service was excellent! We were able to meet for an estimate within a few days and received a quote quickly and the install went just as planned. The install team was professional and efficient. The patio cover matches the home perfectly and has been successful both last summer in adding shade and cooling the primary bedroom but also this winter in shielding the area from excessive water and and debris during storms.
