If you’re needing to actually go to trial, he’s solid. If you need him to understand dispositive pretrial motions, he’s not your best option.
So… I’m extremely well versed in law and dealing with attorneys. All of them try and sell themselves… that’s their job. John Hunter Smith is very legitimate. Initially, I felt as though (despite his incredible record) it was going to be more of the same.
